Return and Refund Policy

At The Perfume Shop, we take great pride in the quality and authenticity of our fragrances. Every product is carefully crafted and packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you experience any issues with your order, we are here to help.

Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of perfume and personal care products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged or leaking product.
  • You received the wrong item or fragrance.
  • The product is defective or missing essential components upon delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) and clear product images are required for verification.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used perfumes, attars, or deodorants.
  • Products purchased during sales or promotional offers.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage by the customer.

3. Return Process

If your product qualifies for a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Share your order number, clear photos of the product and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.
  3. Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will guide you through the return process.
  4. Returned products must be shipped back using a reliable courier service with proper packaging.

Please Note:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect.


4. Refund Policy

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • In the case of a replacement, the new product will be dispatched once the return is verified.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.


6. Damaged or Missing Products

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incomplete:
