We currently deliver across India, including metro cities, towns, and most serviceable pin codes through our trusted delivery partners.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. However, we are working toward expanding our reach globally in the future.

- All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation along with tracking details.
3. Delivery Time
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location:
- Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
- Other Locations: 4–7 business days
Please note that delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

We strive to offer transparent and affordable shipping options:
- Free Shipping on prepaid orders above a specified value (as shown during checkout).
- A nominal shipping fee may apply to orders below the free shipping threshold.
- All shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
You can use this link to monitor your order status in real time.

6. Delivery Policy
- Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
- Please ensure your address, phone number, and pin code are entered correctly to avoid delivery delays.
- Our delivery partners will attempt delivery twice. If delivery is unsuccessful, the parcel may be returned to us.
- Re-shipment may incur additional charges depending on the situation.
7. Damaged or Missing Products
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incomplete:
- Do not discard the packaging.
- Take clear photos of the product and outer packaging.

8. Order Cancellations or Modifications
- Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been shipped.
